Office 365 is cloud-based and requires a Microsoft account.
Up to five computers can run Office 365 on the same account.
Sign-in to Office 365 is required.
The cloud integration means SkyDrive storage and Lync collaboration features amongst other things.
Office 365 features the 2013 edition apps, like Word, with a Metro-like interface makeover.
Excel 2013.
PowerPoint 2013.
Outlook 2013, with social media integration - no Twitter though.
OneNote can use "Inking" with fingers or a stylus for handwriting.
Access 2013 with several new templates.
Publisher 2013.
Office 365 is cloud-based and requires a Microsoft account.
