The Kogan Agora 5.0" Dual-core Smartphone is a budget 'phablet' device costing $149. It comes with a 1GHz dual core Cortex-A9 processor running Android 4.0.4 (AKA Ice Cream Sandwich), a 5MP camera 1GB RAM.
