UXC has bolstered its ERP business with two more acquisitions, bringing its total takeovers to five in just over six months.

The publicly listed IT service provider announced the acquisitions in a market update yesterday, though did not reveal the name of the takeover targets.

The buyouts – one an Oracle specialist, the other a SAP house – will complete this month. UXC called them "two additional small acquisitions" and said they would complete in June.

The deals come after a busy burst of buyouts for UXC, which has already spent around $50 million on M&A.

It acquired SAP house White Labelled in October, followed by Service Now company Keystone in December for $24 million, and in the same month made its foray into the United States with the buyout of Tectura, a Microsoft Dynamics provider.

During an investor presentation this morning, UXC Limited managing director Cris Nicolli said that most of UXC's second-half growth would come from acquisitions – 11-12 percent will come from M&A, while organic growth might reach 0.2 percent.

Nicolli said there were no more acquisitions on the horizon.

He also used the market update to talk up some of UXC's recent achievements, including some major deals and contract renewals.

The company came in the the 2014 financial year with seven or eight major managed services contracts up for renewal, and Nicolli revealed that UXC had re-signed all of them to a value of $25 million, along with new outsourcing contracts worth $10 million.

The contracts include Virgin Airlines and Melbourne Water, which it won from incumbent Kinetic IT in November.

Other blue-chip brands on UXC's books include Qantas Epiqure and Bookworld, both e-commerce clients under UXC White Labelled.

While calling the second half "relatively pleasing" with increases in revenue and earnings, Nicolli did flag "spotty" demand.
