NUWAVE Communications, a Las Vegas-based company specialising in cloud-based voice solutions and certified calling services for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, has entered the Asia-Pacific and Oceania region.
Over the past year, NUWAVE has been supporting select partners in the region through early enablement programs, helping them deploy automated voice services and multi-platform integrations.
Now, the company is implementing the full operational rollout of NUWAVE’s services and infrastructure, bringing its iPILOT automation platform and global Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and Cloud Connect for Webex Calling (CCP) services to enterprises and service providers across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
NUWAVE’s iPILOT platform allows automation of the entire lifecycle of voice services — from provisioning and number management to analytics and self-service controls — all through a single interface.
The platform supports integration across Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom, enabling customers to manage multi-platform environments.
Through the expansion into APAC, NUWAVE will strengthen its partnerships with local telcos, managed service providers (MSPs), and systems integrators, providing them with white-label solutions and a global infrastructure backbone to extend their own Teams, Webex, and Zoom collaboration offerings.
