Sydney's Squiz has entered into a partnership with Verint System to provide a range of digital strategies for Australian government agencies to make the switch to digital.
Verint and Squiz announced that the collaboration will see them working to reduce phone or contact centre call volumes which will in return help government agencies save money. Both companies will also provide consulting, technology and the know-how required for public agencies to make the switch to digital.
Verint, a Nasdaq-listed company based in New York, has previous form with the government sector via its Verint engagement management solution. This software helps customers of government agencies access their services from anywhere, including their mobile, web, open data and open services.
"Digital customers can now expect the same web experiences in government that they get from commercial organisations where the information or services they need finds them and they get support when they need it, resulting in better experiences for the customer and delivered outcomes for government,” said Verint Systems vice president and government and public sector global practice leader David Moody.
Founded in 1998, Squiz is a company that produces CMS software, web analytics and integration and its portfolio of customers include Dermalogica, Bendigo Bank and Creative Scotland.
Squiz has more than 450 employees around the world in 11 offices including Sydney, New York, London, Edinburgh, Canberra, Melbourne and Poland.
