Ringcentral has announced the first Australian partners to join its Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) program for RingCX, the company's AI-powered contact centre as a service platform.
TelcoDataCloud and Reliance Communications are among the early Australian companies to qualify for the program.
Partners must first complete training and enablement requirements as a CDP for RingEX, Ringcentral's core unified communications platform, before becoming eligible for the RingCX program.
The CDP program allows qualified partners to manage the complete project lifecycle with their customers, from planning and design through to implementation, application integration and first level support.
"For many customers who work with their value added resellers, system integrators and managed service providers across multiple areas of technology, it provides them with continuity in the project teams they work with, and ensures that they have just one contact to reach out to for help," Ben Swanson, regional vice president of partner sales at RingCentral said.
Swanson said there are additional benefits for partners themselves.
"For our partners, it enhances the engagement they have with their customers, and increases the opportunity for higher margin service revenue and the level of responsiveness they can provide as part of a more complete set of services," he said.
Demand for the core CDP program for RingEX has seen partner numbers growing by 35 per cent in 2024.
New partners qualifying as CDPs for RingEX this year include Reliance Communications, Productivity and BlueAPACHE.
To qualify as a CDP for RingEX, partners must complete five days of instructor-led training and have a minimum of two certified resources.
RingCX CDP training requires an additional five-day instructor-led course, with annual recertification required for both programs.
"We're proud to be among the first Australian partners in RingCentral's CDP program for RingCX. This recognition reinforces our mission at TelcoDataCloud – helping businesses find and deploy the best communication solutions," Asa Grund, managing director of TelcoDataCloud said.
"We're genuinely excited about RingCX as a highly capable yet affordable AI-powered contact centre solution, and our clients share our enthusiasm."
Reliance Communications, certified for both RingEX and RingCX, recently upgraded an existing healthcare client from on-premise hardware to a cloud-based RingCentral solution, including 35 RingCX contact centre seats.
"Participating in RingCentral's RingCX certification program gave us a good understanding of what the product can do, but we could also see what's happening at the backend," Goran Jovanovski, general manager of Reliance Communications said.
"It's given us the confidence we needed in the technology to promote RingCX back into our customer base as a really accessible contact centre solution.".
"There's also a big advantage in having an all-in-one UCaaS and CCaaS solution because it means your regular staff and your contact centre agents are all on the same platform, and it also streamlines the support we can provide."
