Melbourne-based unified communications vendor CentrePal has announced that its contact centre solution has attained Microsoft Teams Certified Solution status.
The cloud-based CentrePal solution allows businesses to use Microsoft Teams as a contact centre.
It is offered to market via local and global channel partners, including those of Telstra, Vocus and Microsoft.
CentrePal said that it is the first contact centre solution to earn Microsoft Teams certification in the southern hemisphere.
"Our solution has always been at the forefront of innovation," CentrePal's account director Jude Don said.
"Achieving this certification means that our channel partners, who have been instrumental in our journey, can now offer a mature, fully certified contact centre solution."
"It’s a testament to the robustness, versatility, and adaptability of our platform, which serves a diverse customer base across various industries."
The contact centre for Microsoft Teams certification program verifies that a vendor's solution provides the quality, compatibility, and reliability they expect from Microsoft solutions.
CentrePal said the certification is a significant advantage for partners looking to enhance their offerings with a dependable and mature contact centre solution built for Microsoft Teams.
