Australasian prominent provider of corporate ICT, soft skills and digital skills training Lumify Group has acquired ACT's Wizard Corporate Training.
The move aims to broaden Lumify's service offerings and strengthen its position as a training provider in the region.
The acquisition adds 25 new professional development courses to Lumify Group's training portfolio, expanding the range of training solutions available to its customers.
These new offerings span from short professional development courses to application IT training, management tools, and custom training programs.
"This acquisition allows us to offer a more comprehensive suite of training options that will better cater to the needs of our diverse customer base," Jon Lang, chief executive of Lumify Group said.
Wizard Corporate Training has a track record of serving approximately 7000 organisations across Australia, with a particularly strong presence in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Customers of Lumify's subsidiary organisation, Nexacu, will benefit from a national schedule of professional development courses with the integration of Wizard.
Lumify Group embarked on an executive realignment last month, making several leadership appointments.
