Fortinet files for Initial Public Offering

Fortinet has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The shares in the offering will be offered by Fortinet and certain selling stockholders.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.

"This represents another big step in the growth of Fortinet. This is great news for us all," said Charles Cote, regional director, Fortinet, South Pacific.

Fortinet Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-runners for the offering.

Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, RBC Capital Markets Corporation, ThinkEquity LLC, JMP Securities LLC, and Signal Hill Capital Group LLC are acting as co-managers.
