Power management vendor Eaton has revamped its partner program with a new online portal and incentives for partners.
The new "PowerAdvantage" program introduces three new partner tier levels: Certified, Authorised and Approved. Partners at each level will have access to co-branding opportunities from Eaton and a branding library.
The new online portal, which is already live, offers a training academy, monthly promotions and 24-hour turnaround on deal registration.
"The portal will allow new partners to sign up with Eaton, complete training modules and gain certificates. For existing partners, continuous training will increase knowledge of Eaton products and build technical skills," Eaton's national channel manager ANZ Gavin Swadling said.
"While the deal registration process is much easier with 24-hour turnaround from Eaton, deal reminders and live access to deal registrations.”
Eaton has also introduced a new rewards campaign called "Mega Friends" that introduces a rewards program whereby partners can earn points for products purchased through Eaton's distributors. Mega Friends will remain open until August 2019 when 16 recipients will win a four-day all expenses paid holiday.
Lastly, the vendor announced that its first Australian partner conference will be held in Sydney in April 2019.
“With many new exciting opportunities in the marketplace already, we wanted to start the year by offering our channel partners greater support, more benefits and a new platform that will simplify the way they interact with Eaton, through marketing, training, and deal registration," General manager John Atheron said.
"It’s always been easy to partner with Eaton and we’re energised to make 2019 even easier with Eaton. We look forward to engaging with partners on this efficient platform, while offering partners the opportunity to reap the benefits of the various rewards programs and promotions we have on offer.”
