DDLS has landed "Best Employer" accreditation in the largest employee research project and market practice audit in Australia and New Zealand.
The training provider was one of only 16 organisations to receive the best employer accreditation from 120 participants in the 2014 Aon Hewitt Best Employer study.
It was also DDLS efforts first year of participating in the Aon Hewitt Best Employers study.
Partner at Aon Hewitt and employee management lead, Stephen Hickey said: "DDLS demonstrated excellent people practices and outstanding commitment to employee engagement and support."
The accreditation validates the training provider's focus on "nurturing an engaged culture", said DDLS CEO Mal Shaw.
"Aon Hewitt’s engagement solutions provide information and a framework that helps us to understand how our team members feel about our company and highlights areas where we can improve," he said.
