Atturra has established a strategic reseller and services partnership with TCG Process, a provider of intelligent document processing and AI orchestration solutions.

Atturra will offer enterprises the TCG Process automation platform, OCTO, which combines a suite of automation capabilities with AI orchestration that aims to enable organisations to quickly build and deploy automated process solutions.

DocProStar, TCG's intelligent document processing solution, natively integrates with OCTO, inheriting its process orchestration capabilities. This combination intends to provide a scalable and agile environment for organisations tackling diverse document automation challenges.

Additionally, the TCG platform applies RAG and guardrails that eliminate AI hallucinations to ensure correct data and straight through processing.

Atturra will also offer a range of tailored TCG Process solutions, including its Email Triage Accelerator, which automates email management.

TCG Process will support Atturra with sales training, certification programs and technical support resources.

“Atturra is an ideal strategic fit for TCG Process with a tremendous footprint among Australian local councils as well as in the education and utilities sectors which can now benefit from our no code platform and reinforce our ability to service the Australian market," said Jeff Leibovici, VP of sales at TCG Process, APAC.

"Atturra also has a robust SAP practice that will be able to take advantage of the learnings of hundreds of TCG Process SAP customer deployments around the world that have successfully implemented our document and data driven solutions.

“The systems integration space is a cost competitive one and our partners have to demonstrate that they can both offer service and technical excellence. We will help Atturra to be as self-sufficient as possible and provide them with the knowledge and skills to work with organisations whose systems, workflows and processes must be constantly examined to ensure they remain appropriate and effective as technologies and regulations evolve.”

“Processes are at the heart of every organisation, and as Australian businesses look to digitally accelerate, it is more critical than ever that they find ways to quickly automate labour intensive processes especially in a competitive job market compounded with a shortage of skilled workers,” said Michael Statis, manager – sales and partnerships, business applications at Atturra.

“At Atturra, we’re seeing market opportunities as part of the AI revolution for automation, cloud and business transformation. By working with TCG Process we’ll be able to complement our existing business applications portfolio with the TCG Process agnostic, no code, out of the box solution.  This will enable our end user clients across a variety of market segments with little or even no coding experience or training to become more involved in digital transformation projects."
