What printing products and services do you specialise in?

We specialise in managed print solutions and services. Our preferred vendors in terms of what we propose to clients are OKI, HP and Fuji Xerox.

When did your company first get involved in this area?

We started in 2009, so six years ago.

What are your credentials?

We are a Lexmark authorised service centre, we are an OKI authorised service centre and we are a Fuji Xerox service partner.

Who are your main distributors for printing technology?

Our main distributors would include Dynamic Supplies, Synnex and OKI direct.

Heard about any cool developments in print lately?

A lot of people are talking about 3D printing, but it’s a specialised thing and will become commoditised as time goes on.

Tell us about a recent printing deployment

We undertook a printing project with a client that had a few ageing printers in their warehouse and distribution office. We got rid of about three or four small devices, put in two heavy-duty devices, and cut their running costs by 30-40 percent. The equipment they have now is much more reliable and they have a service contract as well with everything included.

What is driving customers’ printing projects?

Typically price, customers wanting to optimise and reduce their running costs, and the availability of more multifunction equipment that can handle email and workflow. Also, instead of just a printer, they want a managed print solution.
