iCatalyst told us that awareness of Microsoft Dynamics helped its growth in FY24. It welcomed more than 32 new customers, and around 40 customers onto support and managed services agreements. It also expanded from Western Australia to the east coast. It delivered projects in FY24 for several ASX-listed engineering, construction and mining services companies, government departments, national ASX-listed property development and travel companies, national health and allied service providers, and manufacturing, wholesale and logistics companies.
iCatalyst was crowned Wiise's 2024 Customer Success Partner of the Year. It partners with ISVs to offer customers industry-specific value-add services and functions provided by third party vendors including SignUp, Dynaway, Continia and Solver.
