Microsoft was “instrumental” to Fuse Technology’s growth in FY24, provided funding and high profile speakers to run some of its events. Fuse Technology was invited to speak at the Microsoft Innovate conference, which it told us gave it a lot of exposure.
Ingram Micro also played an “instrumental” role in Fuse Technology’s growth, facilitating access to cloud solutions and organising events and promotions. “Their support helped us to effectively communicate our value proposition to our customers,” Fuse Technology stated. Fuse Technology was named Ingram Micro’s APAC Solution Partner of the Year in 2023. Fuse Technology also credited Nextgen for playing an “instrumental” role in its growth and told us Netskope was a key part of its security stack, used in all its managed security services packages.
Key customer wins included with visual merchandising solution provider Mills Group, which had ageing on-premises infrastructure and an ERP nearing the end of its life. Mills Group sought an IT partner that could provide support coverage for end users, devices and infrastructure during operating hours, and enhance its security posture to better position it for modernisation and technology transformation
