Networking vendor NetComm has launched an incentive program to tempt small resellers not entitled to earn backend rebates, to sell its gear.
Under the NetComm i-Points program registered resellers receive points based on unit sales, which are redeemed for prizes such as electronics goods, home merchandise, outdoor and sporting gear and entertainment products.
Ken Kozak, channel sales manager, NetComm said the program was aimed directly at the “small dealers that don’t get any backend rebates”.
“The program rewards resellers as a business – business owners can in turn use i-Points earned to reward his or her salespeople,” said Kozac.
NetComm i-Points is the first piece of a new channel program, due to be announced by NetComm in the following weeks, he said.
