The new training centre will enable the company's reseller channel and end user customers to participate in locally-based certification courses.
These courses were previously held at the company's regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and in regional training centres in the US.
"The centre will enable us to provide world class technical education and training programs in a far more convenient location for our Australian and New Zealand reseller channel partners," said Brendan Maree, country manager A/NZ, Interactive Intelligence.
"At the same time, it will enable us to foster stronger, more dynamic and mutually beneficial relationships with partners and end users," he said.
Interactive Intelligence will start its first two-week certification course at the centre from 4-22 May 2009.
Attendees will gain knowledge and certification in all aspects of usage and configuration of Interactive Intelligence solutions, including contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony, unified communications, self-service automation and SIP-supported VoIP solutions.
The facility is equipped with the latest company solutions for contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony and enterprise messaging.
Maree added Interactive Intelligence supports its channel with dedicated, proactive account management, direct-touch sales assistance and access to engineering, support and marketing specialists.
