Fire and Rescue NSW hunts for electronic document and records management system

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) has begun a procurement process to engage a provider to deliver an electronic document and records management system for its operational and administrative personnel to access, create, administer and store documents, records and files.

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) is one of the world's largest urban fire and rescue services and is the busiest in Australia.

The work undertaken by over 6,800 operational personnel and over 700 administrative personnel results in the creation of many documents and records that must be stored securely in an electronic system for access across the agency as appropriately assigned.

The mandatory first stage of the procurement process is an open Request For Information (RFI).

If subsequent stages are undertaken, suppliers are advised that a contract award may only be offered to advanced suppliers on Scheme 0020 ICT Services with the capability of M - Systems and solutions at the time of contract award.

Responses to the RFI close on Friday, 22 August 2025 at 3:00pm AEST.
