Managed service providers (MSPs) often find themselves juggling multiple tools, numerous processes, and inconsistent billing. One MSP that has already found benefit from using EcpPro is Newcastle-based Diamond IT.
Director Martin Thurgate said he was looking for a tool that could provide multi-tenant access to the M365 portals of Diamond IT’s customers.
