Claroty secures AU$222m investment

Cyber-physical systems protection company Claroty has secured upwards of $222 million AUD ($150 million USD) in Series F funding.

The new investment round is led by Golub Growth, a venture capital firm specialising in growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, and will aim to fuel global expansion through both organic and inorganic growth.

"This new funding marks the start of an exciting new chapter in Claroty’s growth journey, and we are thrilled to have Golub Growth join us on our mission to secure the cyber-physical systems that underpin our lives," said Yaniv Vardi, CEO of Claroty.

The funding comes after a year for Claroty that saw an 80% growth in valuation since the previous financing round in March 2024; the launch of the CPS Library, an AI-powered asset catalogue; achieving the AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency for OT Security; and entering a new strategic collaboration with Google Security Operations.
