The new programs allow resellers to obtain training at either a reduced cost or for free. Citrix is confident that it will be well-received in the channel.
“Partners value Citrix official technical and sales training and see both as essential tools for their success,” said Julieann Scalisi, managing director Citrix Education, Citrix Systems. “These programs will make it easier than ever for our partners to increase their Citrix knowledge.”
To coincide with the recent acquisition of XenSource, the KickStart program provides technical training in Citrix’s latest product offerings such as Citrix XenServer. Also available is SalesPass – an initiative offering unlimited access to all Citrix product selling; and StayCurrent – a promotion offering technical training on Citrix Presentation Server Platinum Edition.
“These programs will help our partners continue to strengthen their application delivery practices and ensure that they can provide the best service to their clients and customers,” said Scalisi.
