What telco services and technologies do you specialise in?
We specialise in voice and data, including hardware. We have a relationship with all the tier one carriers and vendors such as Dicker Data, among others. We’re carrier-neutral, so we make sure that the end user gets the best solution at a lower cost
When did your company first get involved in this area?
Since 2005.
What are your telecommunications credentials?
We are NBN-certified, a Cisco Premier Partner and a VMware Certified Partner. We also have certifications with the likes of Ruckus.
Who are your main carrier partners or distributors for telco technology?
We have resellers, but this is something we need to ramp up this year as we want to give resellers access to our voice and data, as well as our cloud platform and cloud-hosted PABX.
Heard of any cool developments in the telco space recently?
On the back of releasing our cloud PABX app for Apple and Android, we are seeing a lot of success, especially in the hospitality field. We have created a solution where any business can go to our website, follow six steps and spin up a hosted PABX within five minutes.
Can you tell us about a recent telco deployment?
A full, in-house PABX rollout at Rydges Melbourne, as well as projects at Rydges Brisbane and Hilton head office Sydney, among many more.
What is driving customers’ telco projects?
Our customer service and well over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. We are passionate about what we do and provide solutions rather than just services. We work very closely with our clients and hence over the past 10 years we have not had a single TIO complaint and recorded well under a 1 percent churn rate. I would say word of mouth, good customer service and our expertise are driving new projects.
Telecommunications is...
Helping businesses connect.
