As a leading provider of highly-secure virtual data rooms, Ansarada has helped organisations close more than 20,000 successful deals worth more than $1 trillion.
Ansarada Data Rooms unite the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to simplify event execution. But with the company looking to launch new subscription-based products, it found that its home-grown solution had become overcomplicated with coding and design, leaving it slow and hard to maintain and unable to support new offerings.
It needed a new system that would be able to handle contracts, processing, add-ons and renewals, whilst also managing the quotation and billing process.
So Ansarada engaged Salesforce specialists Tquila to implement a new Salesforce Quote to Cash (CPQ + Billing) solution and integrate this with Ansarada’s Finance System, creating a complete end-to-end process.
A tight timeline of just three months was set to deliver their new service offerings – and it also would be the first organisation anywhere in Asia Pacific to implement the Salesforce Quote-to-Cash solution.
Tquila commenced with a series of discovery workshops, spending time with Ansarada on a technical level and human level to pull together the user story defining the users' requirements. This was captured in a feature map which became the one source of truth for our teams to refer back and forth whilst building the solution.
According to Ansarada's global product manager, Tim Shuttleworth, "Tquila came in and did it in eight weeks, under budget, under time, and actually gave us what we wanted... and that's unheard of."
The new system has enabled the Ansarada team to deploy new products and services overnight, as opposed to the six weeks' timeframe previously required. Teams can spend less time coding and more time with point-and-click solutions, gaining the flexibility that allows them to respond quickly to their customers' needs ensuring they win business.
Ansarada has benefited from immediate savings in development costs which has in turn increased the team's capacity by 25 percent. Furthermore, the streamlining of the sales processes with CPQ is expected to reduce the time spent by each salesperson by an average of 20 minutes per sale.
