Synnex said that customer feedback has driven the launch of its new e-commerce portal.
The distie said it started building the online ordering site in September 2012 and that the portal features personalised content, secure customer login and account management, comprehensive product information and specifications and a comprehensive list of promotions and deals.
Synnex chief executive Kee Ong said the new sites offers "significant improvements on efficiency and user friendliness".
"This brand new e-commerce portal is a result of actively listening to our customer’s feedback. From the concept planning stage through to the end-to-end testing, I’m certain the new e-commerce portal can benefit our customers by upgrading the customer experience level with Synnex."
Synnex's 7,000-odd Australian resellers will be able to use their same login details, said Ong.
