Zoho has unveiled a new version of its Zoho Analytics platform today, introducing over 100 enhancements to the self-service business intelligence (BI) and analytics offering.
The updated platform provides advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities (AI/M).
They enable users to generate diagnostic insights, perform predictive analysis, and automatically create reports and dashboards.
The India based technology company said today's release represents technology catching up with its vision for BI.
"Zoho Analytics launched in 2009 as Zoho Reports, long before technology had caught up to Zoho's vision for business intelligence," said Raju Vegesna, chief evangelist for Zoho.
"Since then, Zoho has made considerable investments around automation, no-code/low-code development, third-party integration, machine learning, and Zia, Zoho's in-house AI engine.
"The latest version of Zoho Analytics is one of the first solutions from the company that takes advantage of every one of these decades-long investments."
"The result is a democratised platform that is powerful, intelligent, flexible, and simple to use," Vegesna said.
The new version has made improved in four key areas: data management, AI, data science and machine learning, and extensibility.
Stream Analytics and 25 additional data connectors have been added, expanding Zoho's connector portfolio to over 500.
The new Data Science and Machine Learning Studio allows users to build custom machine learning models with ease, using both no-code and code-based approaches.
A custom machine learning model-building studio, seamless integration with OpenAI, and the ability to extend to third-party BI platforms are among the key features of the new release.
Zoho Analytics now offers a BI fabric that enables businesses to consolidate insights from multiple BI platforms onto a single, easily accessible analytics portal.
