Partnering to win: the power of shared accountability

"You can't win unless you have the right partners with you." That's the philosophy Jayati Gulati, Head of Sales at blueAPACHE, brings to the company's partnership with SoftwareOne and Crayon.

For Jon Tini, who leads the Microsoft practice at blueAPACHE, the partnership goes beyond capability and scale. "The other component is the shared responsibility and shared liability on all the engagements that we have with our customers. They're a very partner-first organisation, and that's protected blueAPACHE with previous engagements." His message to the wider channel is blunt: "They will literally be on your side. If anything is going south or wrong, SoftwareOne will jump in and help you out."

The timing matters. blueAPACHE anticipates massive demand in the data and AI space, and as Tini puts it, "we can only achieve that at a very large scale in a very short period of time with a significant partner like SoftwareOne and Crayon."

The result is a partnership that runs deeper than the paperwork. "It's not just about a partnership on paper. We are invested in this partnership together to deliver to our customer. If we are winning, we are winning together."
