Lenovo has embarked on a national roadshow to educate channel partners about changes to its channel programs announced in March.
Starting from mid-April until early May, the roadshow will look at how Lenovo’s new Business Partner Network for the A/NZ region includes programs covering recruitment, education, training, sales and marketing tools. It will also look at how channel partners can target the SMB market.
The program features two levels of membership, Authorised Business Partner and the Premium Business Partner level.
Partners selling Lenovo products, including the recently announced Lenovo 3000 family of desktop and notebook models targeted at small businesses, will be recognised under the Authorised Business Partner level.
At Premium level, partners are eligible for additional sales opportunities, lead generation or co-marketing dollars.
Lenovo is also implementing a Legends Incentive program and adding to its Storefront program. Additional marketing support will also be available through the Lenovo newsletter - Live N Loud - associated events, and the Business Partner Web Portal.
Current members of the IBM PartnerWorld program will automatically be part of the Lenovo Partner Network program.
