Ingram Micro would distribute Hyperion Solutions' business process management (BPM) software across Asia, following an agreement between the companies.
The distributor would sell Hyperion products to resellers in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Hyperion products would also feature in Ingram Micro’s Solution Centre for on site testing.
Potential customers could see product demonstrations of the Hyperion BPM solutions in application domains like finance, retail and manufacturing at the testing centre.
Suganthi Shivkumar, managing director for Hyperion ASEAN/India said Ingram had proven expertise in the BPM market. The partnership provides a framework for both parties to target and expand market segments.
Ingram Micro Asia MD Francis Choo, said the relationship would enable Ingram to leverage Hyperion’s deep business performance management expertise and BPM products.
He said this partnership with Hyperion would provide Ingram’s resellers with a best-of-breed total BPM solution.
Ingram Micro will distribute Hyperion’s full range of products with Hyperion System 9 (HS9) being the core product offering. The other products include; Compliance Management Dashboard; Hyperion Business Modeling; Hyperion Enterprise; Hyperion Pillar.
