Partners are often failing to read the room, metaphorically speaking, when it’s time for customers to renew contracts, senior IBRS advisor David Beal told attendees at Pipeline yesterday.
This is one of the underlying threads I'm noticing at Pipeline this year - the disconnect between customers’ needs and tech partners’ approach to working with them.
