Only 10 percent of surveyed customers think their channel partner leads innovation for them, partners heard at the first day of our Pipeline conference on the Gold Coast yesterday evening.

More than 200 partners, vendors, marketplaces and distributors heard experts unpack big shifts, risks and what to do about them, at the Sheraton Grand Mirage resort.
