Kinetic IT appoints Jacqui Adams to lead national digital transformation and service operations

Kinetic IT has appointed Jacqui Adams as its new head of digital transformation and national services.

She has led reform initiatives across Defence, Services Australia, the National Intelligence Community, KPMG, and multiple critical industry sectors, having also overseen transformation portfolios valued at up to $1.4 billion and led multidisciplinary teams of more than 130 people.

In her new role, Adams will oversee Kinetic IT’s digital platforms, national service frameworks, shared services, and transformation program offerings.  Her focus will be on simplifying service practices, improving national alignment, and ensuring Kinetic IT’s delivery models scale to meet evolving customer expectations.

Murray Thompson, group executive – advisory and transformation at Kinetic IT, said Adams brings exceptional depth in strategic transformation, service design, and operating model uplift, which are capabilities that align directly with where Kinetic IT is heading.

"She has delivered major change programs in some of Australia’s most complex environments, from national security to enterprise technology organisations, and understands what is required to elevate customer experience at scale," he said.
